The power is one person's ability to influence of a a single person or a gropup of individuals.In this concept usually males a is dominated because the men is occupying in the political,social and economic related authorities compare with females.It is because of the increased pottential of the males compare with the females.Expecially in the olden days the females were supressed from the public acitivities asa part of the cultural believes that women is the person who should take care of the family and the men will go out, do job and earn money.Womens are supposed to do olny the house hold works.But a days there are some changes in this.Females are coming out of the house and taking a part of the political,social as well as the economic related authority.It is all happening now beacuse of the available education to the women and the women empowerment.

The most powerfull person in my family is my father.And the leadership style of my father is participative leadership style.Which means what ever the problems happends, before taking the action he will discuss with the family and listen everone's opinions, then only he will solve the problem by implimenting the actions.It improves the interpersonal relationship between our family members as well as increases the family strength too.

Empowerment of a nurse is making the nurse to fit for the job inorder to deliver the quality of care and also to focuss on the professional excellence.The cultural diversity is having an important impact on nurse empowerment.There are some hospitals which are running under the religious managements.And these hospitals are focussing the person from there own religion where other nurse's oppurtunity to prove their carrier excellence is redusing their.

And also some cultural peoples are not taking medicine for the disease as they are thinking that disease is the punishment from the god for their sin.So they are not allowing their family menbers to be in the nursing profession.

Nursing is the profession where both the men and women can study and work as a nurse practitioner,but some culture peoples are not allowing the males for come forward in nursing profession as they are thinking that nursing is only for the females.

I place my father under level 1 (position level of leadership) beacuse he is having a self discipline and also he knows to lead the family without any major issues.He always keep his trustworthness and following his commitments.He is leading the family with the intimation.We all the family members are following him as a leader beacuse we belives that he is always right and will choose the right decisions for us.
