Friedman argues that there is huge gap between political parties and business leaders. Political leaders do not understand adequately that globalisation is no longer in its old form. Now demands are emerging from everywhere, hence production facilities are also moving everywhere. Concept of outsourcing is no longer there in old format. But political parties still play on issue of protecting jobs by acting against outsoucing laws.

Political leaders must support immigration of talents from across the world and promote research and innovation.

Corporate leadership can play critical role in development of country. Corporate must patronise and promote research and innovation. Corporate leaders can attract more talents by offering more incentives.
