1.

The relation between renal disease and anaemia is:-

If the patient is suffering with renal disease kidney can't make enough erythropoietin (which helps formation of red blood cells ). Low erythropoietin levels lead to drop of red blood cells and anaemia may develop in them.

2.

Anaemia is a disease condition which occurs due to lack of red blood cells in body. Vitamin deficiency anaemia occurs when there is no enough vitamin B12, vitamin C, folate on body or because of any problems in absorbing this vitamins and folate.

Why only Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, folate(folic acid or Vitamin b)?

This are the main vitamins which make red blood cells. Due to lack of this vitamins which produces enough red blood blood cells to the body, anaemia occurs.
