Stress is a, conscious or unconscious, spiritual sense; or a bodily state which arrives due to bodily or/and psychological pressure and this pressure, bad or good to overpower the adaptable capacities. It is a psychological process which is caused due to a situation which is beyond the coping limit of an individual and these situations may threaten, harm or challenge to an individual and when one tries to adapt these situations stress occurs which is nothing but a psychological response.

There are number of extensive effects of stress disorder. Stress disorder can be an upsetting disorder and its symptoms can have a negative effect in various areas in the life of a person. In particular. Stress disorder mainly has a negative impact on the mental as well as physical health of an individual and it also negatively effects work and relationship of an individual. Apart from the mental problems, people suffering from stress disorder might be at greater danger physical health related problems. These physical problems might include diabetes, obesity, pain, heart problems, respiratory problems and also sexual dysfunction

People with stress disorders have more physical health problems as compared to the mental health problems. One of the reasons of may be due to the fact that when one suffers from stress disorders stress hormones releases in the body and the release of this hormones causes inflammation and eventually damages the body of the person. This increases a risk of certain physical health problems in an individual which also includes severe problems like heart disease. Person suffering from stress disorders also seems to be at greater menace for unhealthy behaviours like smoking which further increases the chances of more physical health problems which also includes respiratory problems.
