How has our current situation with the Pandemic affected overall mental health

COVID pandemic has affected the people's life so much. This pandemic has affected people physically, economically as well as mentally.

Isolation, quarantine, social distancing are some of measures​ take by government to break the chain of disease but these also have affected many individuals mentally. Feeling of loneliness leads to anxiety, depression, anger issues ,stress which is affecting many people mentally.

Also due to lockdown many individuals lost their jobs which obviously affected them mentally causing stress, depression.

Fear of being affected by COVID-19 is also causing stress, anxiety to many people. Also who are infected by virus have fear of negative attitude of people towards them. Infected individuals have fear of stigma which obviously is affecting them mentally.

In this way pandemic affected the overall mental health of many individuals.
