Maintaining regular healthy diet, meditation and positive approach towards life can surely help the individual to overcome fear about the disease and the containment. Avoiding substance abuse and alcohol is very important as the individual is more prone to the disease. Yoga, relaxation exercises, and meditation will definitely ensure a state of equilibrium.
