Answer #1

My diet includes:-

* Vegetables ( Contains carbohydrates).

* Meet like chicken,fish,etc. day by day(Contains fats and protein).

* Fruits in snacks time and milk at morning time,etc.(Contain Vitamins and minerals).

I usually take milk at morning time only and don't have fish regularly also I don't eat vegetables like carrot, broccoli,etc. So I think I have to take more food items which can give me adequate Vitamin-A.

I don't take cereals,nuts,all fruits and vegetables and I take meat day by day. So I think I have to eat all types of vegetables and fruits, cereals,nuts and meat. So that I can get more minerals.

The 5 items should be included in my diet are:-

* Milk and dairy foods(contains calcium, phosphorus, potassium, Vitamin-B, Vitamin-D).

* Leaf Currys( contains fiber, calcium phosphorus,irons, Vitamin-A, Vitamin-B,Vitamin-E)

* Vegetables like carrot,broccoli,etc(contains vitamin-A ,Vitamin-K,fibers and potassium)

* Fruits like beetroot,etc(contains 8.81% of fiber needed for day).

* Eggs(contains vitamin-A, lutein, zeaxanthin).

* Beans,etc(contains protein, fiber,folate,iron, potassium and magnesium).

The food items which provides the enough energy are meat, fruits, vegetables, nuts, cereals, etc. If we can get this then our diet will be completed with all vitamins and minerals needed. By these wecan get all nutrients in adequate.
