* vitamin B12 injection also can include in the treatment of vitamin b12 deficiency anaemia.

Food which contain vitamin B12

  1. Eggs
  2. Meat
  3. Poultry
  4. Milk
  5. Shellfish
  6. Fortified cereals

Vitamin B12 is not as well absorbed by mouth as per injection.

Tess has to take treatment according her signs and symptoms .Because, the causes of vitamin B12 less absorption is mainly gastrointestinal problems .so treatment of that will also help to improve her pernicious anaemia.
