Every mother wants a healthy baby, there are numerous things that are accept and non accept in pregnancy stage.

pregnancy period is a wonderful experience for a woman, in which there are certain habits of mother which are beneficial for foetus and sometime harmful for foetus.

This list of pregnancy do's and don't can shed some list on what you should worry about and what you really should not.

1. Do take a multivitamin.

2. don't smoke

3. do you get lots of sleep

4. don't drink alcohol.

5. do workout.

6. don't eat raw meat.
