Answer #1

Policy analysis that examines long term care options for rural seniors includes the HIPAA compliant telehealth. As telehealth can be used to improve the access of healthcare for the rural seniors who are living in remote areas and who don’t have access to expertise in healthcare. Thus by the usage of telehealth providers can collaborate to deliver quality healthcare to the patients living in remote rural areas, but this should be HIPAA compliant and the PHI of the patients should not be breached in any way, while sharing it between the providers.
