Assume you are responsible for the management and administration of the two facilities. You have to orient the newly appointed manager by providing an overview on managing long-term care. You also need to discuss the programs of the two facilities. From this perspective and based on your research about the facilities, prepare a Microsoft Word document including the following:

Careing facilities are the trend creating industries now a days,right from the child to the adult there are number of care centers that are available throughout the world.It started when people become busy in their daily life by taking care of their families.For few its compulsory as because of their financial status both has to go to work,the rest will not have patience and other issues to take care of either child and adults.

Few business tycoons grab this data from the market need and started giving the facilities not only day care but also so many cares that are provided by a phone call.In that Nursing and Adult care are most developed and has a enumerous growth in the market.Based on the demand in the areas there are branches and hime services are also available.

Nursing Facilities : Mostly these facilities are available in both hospital and home service.They are the skilled persons that are recruited by the hospitals or service organizations.The works that are assigned to the nurse is to take care of the patients,and follow the Doctor's instructions and summarise the details about the time to time monitoring the patient conditions.They are the skilled staff that takes care in absence of doctors they are certified skilled nurses are appointed in order to avoid any inconvenience to the patients.Because most of the hospitals doctors are not available with the patients as per the health care policy there should be enough nursing staff available at all the time with the patients to monitor the regular condition and improvement of patients health conditions.Nursing staff will do almost all the tasks which includes medication,diet,physical training and motivating patients etc.,They are the next doctors and available in closely monitoring the patients conditions.

Assisted facilities or Subacute care : Most of the patients does not require hospital care,and few patients will not survive with the hospital atmosphere for them these facilities are available they are assisted or subacute care.The skilled and well trained staff of certified candidates are selected to these works.Because in these doctors are not available to instruct,they have to follow the patient histroy to thrat them what is recomended and what is not recomended to the patients they will take care all personal caring which includes dressing,bathing,physical training,medication and other activities based on patients condition.

Adult care : Adult care is also kind of care given to the adults who are required skilled supervision to perform their activites.Most of the families are working in current generation to meet their financial needs.In that families its difficult to take care of elders that are available,few elders are really required the skilled staff to take care of them in terms of diet and medication.For them this cares are really works.Because close careing of elders are really make them comfortable.Elders that are suffering from any issues really required close monitoring and medication.

Home health care or Hospice care : Patients will not feel comfortable in elder care or day care centers for them there are home health care.This will provide the people are having problem with serious illness,Chronically ill and terminally ill.These patients are really more emotional and spiritual needs,they are completely loose the hope towards their life for them these people will make strong inside as well as outside by motivating and understanding their emotions they will act accordingly.

The above discussed facilities and care required the proper staff to address and there should be a management to monitor the staff activitives day by day.So there is a huge requirement of skileed employess who can understand and have the knowledge.The main task is to handle the management and supply staff to the required customers.So the organization is responsible to provide all the trainings and should recruit the skilled amd certified candidates as these is related to some one life and health issue,should not reglect and unattended.Management should take responsibility to provide all kinds of training that is related to care and health.
