Test dose is very small dose of a drug given to ch3ck whether patient is able to tolerate or not ?
This is done in drug which are known to cause anaphylaxis like lignocain (local anesthetic), Penicillin, Other antibiotic injection.

The primary treatment of anaphylaxis is epinephrine injection IM,. and other supportive measures likr intravenous fluids.
