The past image of nursing:

Nursing is one of the oldest professions. In the past nursing job was considered as women job as women were caretakers of children, family, and community. It was natural that women were the nurses, the caregivers, as human society evolved. Initially nursing limited to homes called home nursing and is assumed to be a women profession.

Critical related issues of nursing in the past:

1. In the past, nurses were women and they paid very less amount.
2. Nursing professionals were treated as killers in the past.
3. There were so many sexual harassments between doctors and nurses, patient's relatives and nurses
