There are many conflict arise if employees not allowed to use technology to view their benefits and payroll information
1 Employee will ask to HR again and again about their Leave encasement .
2 Employee will ask to HR for their salary deduction why this month salary is less
3 Employee will ask to HR for their attendence sheet on regular basis to check whether his attendence is mark properly
4 Employee will ask to HR if their is any issue regarding BONUS and other Benefits whether it is received by him or not
5 Employee will have to submit their tax deduction claim manually which is very time consuming
