The main types of organizational strauctures are :

1: Sole proprietorship : This is the form in which there is a single owner. He has all the rights and power and earns all the profits/losses of the business.

2: Partnership: This is the form in which there are multiple owners who contribute to the capital as well as management. They share profits/ losses.

3: Corporation: This is the form in whichh there are many contributors to capital. They own shares of the business and get voting rights. The management is different from owners and the corporation is a separate legal entity.
