Now I guess every company runs on this principle

you make me money and I will pay you

ths more you earn money the more I will pay you

in the countries like India and other developing countries, people look for the government jobs as they gives you more money that a corporate, as corporate will give you money if you will work but government of developing countries has to give salaries to their and keep making them attractive at the same time as they have responsibility to keep employment up so some one the government has also started using this corporate method “ the more you work the more you make money for me, the more I will pay you”.
