WHAT ARE THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

It declares that human rights are universal ,it can be enjoyde by all people ,no matter who they are living in small area ,big city etc .the universal declaration includes ,civil and political rights of all human beings like the right to life ,liberty,free speach and privacy.

Universal declaration of human rights have 30 articles.the main points of this 30 articles in my own words ,the human rights are the rights that every person has simply by the fact that they are human .these are rights that they are not granted to them by their government .all people have them simply because they are people .human rights are what makes as human .they are the right to life,liberty,and pursuit of happiness.basically human beings have agreed by social contract that we have the right to be treated with dignity and respect ,and every person has this rights.

We have right to move within our country,and to visit and leave other countries when we wish.

We have right to marry .the government has the responsibility to protect our family.

We have right to thinkand belive any religion what they want .

We have right to express our ideas ,opinion ,and feelings freely.

We e have right to form group and conduct meeting also .

Every one has the right to education .

THREE IMPLICATIONS ON HEALTH AS A RESULT OF MIGRATION

The imigration laws and policies explicitly provide or restrict access to health survice .three main implications are ,

1) They granting more than minimum rights to health survice .several laws and policies restricted imigrants from accessing basic health survice include emergency care .

2) Imigration status is the primary barrier to obtainig health insurance as well as affordability .so if they want treatment they need to pay high cost .this also one of the implication on health as a result of migration .

3) Imigrants receving less health care and lower quality of care .undocumented imigrants face barriers to accessing care due to their high uninsured rates .
