Value based health care service is most critical part of US health care system. Under this system, care that benefits patient is priced higher while care that does not benefit patient is priced at lower rate.

Thus, it is landmark in history of US health care system. it helps to provide quality service to patients and hospitals also make full efforts to save lives of patients. over 40 % health care system comes under this system and people are appreciating such efforts by the government. It incentivises hospital to provide quality services to patients.

Government payout has developed this model to increase efficiency of government expenditure.
