A CEO must have the following -

1- Good Coomunication skills- Good communication skills are a must for a leader as he/she is supposed to communicate his/her feelings,ideas,information.A CEO must be able to communicate what they need, from whom, when they need it by and how things should be done.

2-Should be Understanding-A CEO must be understanding in order to understand the matters of the workplace.In sales, sometimes a customer can suddenly change their mind. A CEO must understand and accept the situation and handle things accordingly.

3-Takes calculated risks-Taking calculated risks shows confidence and helps you grow as a business leader. Taking calculated risk helps to avoid a big loss and as a leader CEO must take calculated risks.

4- Thinking outside the box-Market changes with time so the CEO should think out of the box and convert threats into opportunities and motivate each one on to do their best.

5-Optimistic-A CEO should to be confident, take responsibility but should not be arrogant of his abilities and treat everyone equally.

6-Lead by example- Working hard, showing professional integrity, and having a can-do attitude are qualities that will have a positive effect on team members.

7-Appreciates-A CEO should praise and give rewards for the good work done by the employees,which not only keeps them motivated but loyal to the organization.
