1) One method of performance appraisal is 360 degree appraisal system where the feedback about the employee is gathered from multi sources such as subordinates colleagues and superiors this method is useful in in getting to know about the employee in the organisation in an overall manner all in all.
2) another way of performance appraisal is Management by objectives this process involves the the comparison of actual performance of the employee to the set standards and with this the level of his performance can be determined.
