Mercantilism is seen in the world during the 17 - 19 century where it is sxisted primarly for trade. During this period colonies were existed for providing resources and markets to the ruling countries and these countries who are using these places as colonoies will provide security and political administration.

During these period the colonial people are exploited in every way along with their land people in those colonies are treated as slaves. They are treated in a such a way that they are restricted in every way as possible by making them slaves to the rulers of colonies. The only sad thing is that these are not due to racist feelings but due to colonialism.

Mercantilism is used in a such a way that their colonies were exploited and people by ,means of political administration were exploited which is seen every part of the world.
