Copulation for the sake of procreation is considered ethical according auto many religious and philosophical schools of thought. But same Copulation for the sake of procreation along with its commercialisation for the sake of having a child for childless couplescwould be unethical as it may lead to undue advantage taken.

Similar event would be people engaging in prayer. Prayer again is considered to be ethically good. But prayers said in the event of animal sacrifices or anyasuch rituals would be unethical.
