Since the east african african population bwas growinh
drastically and around 70 % of people were living in rural areas
still the african agriculture was not meeting the need of people of
africa and not even for farmers to suppress their livelihood
Here the relevance of green revolution took its place in east
africa as situation like harvest hunger , environmenal stress like
drought , infestation of weed , global trade for afrucan food etc
these all situations created a negative impact and a matter of
concern for Africa and hence it weakens there situation
Therefore green revolution for African was a necessity for them
as it helps to increase the yield in more and more wider range of
crops, giving the farmers much wider range of farming conditions
