If I would be Jenny I must report such incident to the management. Its my moral responsibility to share not only my work related activities but also to update management about any such activities taking place in the office. In a workplace environment where professionalism and trust can cloak corruption, reporting such activities can be tricky if not handled properly. Jenny have to be very careful while presenting the evidence and it has to be presented in professional. While expressing the concern to the right authority she need to control emotions and she shouldn’t go overboard. Expressing too many emotions in report may trap Jenny in some trap so while presenting the matter it should be effectively detailed to the concern authorities

Jenny have clear cut idea what her colleagues were doing and with such dirty business dealings they are running the system for their own personal benefits, here I as Jenny firstly find out that what exactly my intention is why I am going to involve in such practice and what do I get with such involvement and why not I let thing get happen in the way it is happening. Jenny needs to keep this point in mind that reporting corruption in the workplace can also backfire if your purpose for reporting seems suspicious.

So the first step is to find out what I want if I have to report all such activities which is impacting the overall work atmosphere that should I approach and what should be the way ahead. Since Jenny is honest and whatever is witnessed and the way Matt responded it was shocking to Jenny so considering the fact that such corruption is involved not only form the bottom end but its roots are till top and middle management colleagues were also involve.

This clearly shows that everyone involved in this process are getting additional benefits for pursuing such activities. These benefits may be in form of kind or cash. When all these facts conclude that your colleague is involved in some form of corruption, you need to report it not only for you, but for those around you too. Many people who know about fraudulent activities may be due to their own reasons choose to be quiet and let things move the way it is moving. One of the biggest fear to them is that will happen to them if they report such incedients.

So to report such corruption activities it should be addressed to right source which could be Internal hiring managers who can improve overall recruitment process if they were shared with corruption details along with proof at same time such incidents is to be reported to the top management with right and correct information like what, where and when such incident took place, people involved in such activities and their response when they were told about such corruption within system

Due to lack a proper framework for managing talent acquation such activities took place in system so you need to have structured plan to address all these incidents and needs to develop a process which not only managed such recruitment .
