Miniaturization in the given two fields has been possible due to small memory chips. These are made of DRAM with transistors in billions. Semiconductor technology has also been another field with many capabilities. It has promised many other widespread applications in the coming years. There is also use of mini sensors that help in acceleration and pressure optimization. Further miniaturization will increase flexibility and make it compatible with other micro-electronics.
Mobility is used in two senses. It can refer to the electron mobility that has helped in the movement of these electronic devices and trains etc. There are many devices used in trains and airplanes that offer mobility with the help of batteries. These have also helped in carrying baggage. Through range of sensor motion and other control facilities, the mobility has increased the travel capacity.
