for example recently the walmart tried to enter into the india by acquiring the flipkart but the later on the government of india change the policies related to the E-commerce retailers due to that walmart was not able to fuilfill its objectives and thier investment stuked intoo the flipkart it tried to penetrate into the indian market with the merger and acquisition method but the indian government has change the rules of the game. this is how thw government instability impact the marketing.
