The five measures to secure a company's intellectual property from cyber crime and malicious activities are mainly :


1 ) Using of the firewall : this will helps the and acts to prevent any malicious softwares and also mainly viruses to be entered between the system and the internet provider

2 ) Using of very strong passwords : The passwords that we keep to secure the content should be full depended on the structure of the password defined by the user, such as using like the Caps, letters, digits, special symbols to protect the password

3 ) Using of the Antivirus Total protection : this antivirus will mainly keep us the data with safe, and makes sure that no virus can be entered into the computer and it may be also can detect and remove the viruses when enters into the system

4 ) Awareness to the company employees : where employee that worked in the company should know about the importance of the data so that they can protect from them, and has to know about the virus and malicious software so that they can prevent from entering into the system

5 ) Encryption of the data : The data that is presented in the system should be encrypted because if any user enters into system to hack the data they cant know about the decryption key, with the decryption key we can unlock the data and backup the data so that any virus attacks occurred and then erase all the data, so that the backups should be done at the regular interval processes to protect the data
