Johnson and Johnson is a multinational corporation which deals with pharmaceuticals and healthcare products. The company feels and believes in giving back to the employees, customers and the community in which they work.

Some of the CSR activities include - Saving and improving lives of underpriviledged woman and children, training of doctors working at NGO's and government hospitals, training for disadvantaged girls for skills, awareness prevention for HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis, disaster relief for community etc.

These activities are executed by the CSR team of Johnson and Johnson under a specified budget specially kept for these activities and closely monitored by the CSR head. It is considered one the best companies for CSR activities around the globe and so is rated responsive-proactive.
