In this meaningful use there will be three different stages there are:

INTIAL STAGE:-

In this stage it take access from the patient and for the electronic copies his health condition

MIDDLE STAGE:-

In this stage by collecting the information from the patient it fix a threshold value and includes if any medical or clinical decision required and care coordination, by following patient engagement rules.

FINAL STAGE:-

From the above stages they observation, they focused on improvement of the health condition of the patient, by implementing protected health information, by patient provided access, coordinate with the patient engagement, health information exchange,clinical data registed and filing a close report on the health condition.
