COVID -19 has impacted the whole departments of the world making the world into a worst situation.Even health care delivery system had been affected lot many patients who needs regular monitoring and checkups are not visiting the hospital as they are into a fear that they may be affected .

-Lot many of health care workers were being affected and lack of employees leaded to lack of services to the patient.

-Health care workers were even getting blamed by the charges for covid 19 treatment which inturn affected the private hospitals to reject some admissions.

-Providing health educations which were routinely given for groups like antenatal mothers etc where stoped due to avoidance of crowding.

-Increased demand of care and lack of employees were a great crisis faced.

-Hospitals needed to close other departments except pulmonology and general medicine due to outbreak of covid -19 which inturn affected the clients who were affected by other illness.

-Lot many people seeking medical services in other states and countries where shut down due to lock down and lot many have been expired.

-Emergency cases were delayed in giving care because them must have been screened for covid -19.

-Small clinics where shut down which also affected the needy people.
