1 Cost, Time and Budget management Skills:

     This is one of the very effective skill which a Project Manager must have when he/she is leading the Project

    The project management basically should have a goodestimation skills for which they should be properly trained

    or this. All the lextra cost, shortages should be properly modelled from Project Planning to Project Completion.

2.Maintaining the scope of the Project:

     Basically the Manager should not forget the scope of the Project for which he is working with his entire

      team. The ultimate objective of the Project should be maintained for whioch the resources should be properly

    Above all resources Human resource is one of the delicate resource which must be handled with utmost

    intelligency. You cannot just give let it go in case there is any issues between any memeber which can

    automatically hamper the scope of the project. The manager should have watch on each and every aspect

       Since there is a lot of data theft problem by cyber crimes, DDOS attacks on the

           web servers, proper security measures should be taken toprevent data theft

           and save the confidentiality of the users and stakeholders such as Firewalls,

            cloud services, Backups .

    2. Cost Control:

        Unnecessary cost should be avoided in the same modules which needs only linear

         modification. Costing should be realiable and effective to produce better and dynamic results

D.The Prototype development and its issues:

     Prototype developmnet is the first stepin success of any System.Proper Placements of modules

     Increases the users reliablility which can only be sought if we develop the prototype as on its

      first launch at least we will get to know the user feedback if there is any glitch or does it

      satisfy the user requirement . If not then we have to modify the glitches and re launch as

      final product rather then facing a loss of :150,000.

      It is being stated by the senior Manager that If we don't make prototype we have to suffer a loss
