Setting out survey is very Important for any type of Costruction Work and also known as Reverse surveying process.

Setting out Survey is the Survey which involves transferring of building design onto the land so that construction can be done with ease by the builders.

The setting out is important because the builder must know the positions and levels of building lines shown on the construction plans on the ground and can be done by various instruments and techniques.

Setting out survey is needed when building roads, bridges, doing extensions to ecisting buildings.

Setting out can be done by-:
