Genotyping analysis means determining differences in genetic makeup of individuals by examining individuals DNA sequence and comparing it with a referance sequence. Observing presence of any kind of variant associated with a disorder means that there are chanes of developing that disorder. But it can be prevented by taking precautions. Prevention can be done by life style management or medication etc. Hence we can not completely say that the individual will develop the disorder. Instead we can only say that the person can likely or has chances of developing that disorder,
