Consider the PR/image efforts of Donald Trump in his role as president. What has he done or said to handle any image/issue problems that have come up? Reference specific issues/events and compare/contrast Trump's success/failure in dealing with them.
Considering Public Relations Image handling efforts of President Donald Trump, to me it seems to be really poor, in the sense that he seems to be highly autonomous, never agreeing to any issue against his public image and simply getting away with it, with highly obscure remarks on the people making that claim.
Referring to the event/issue of sexual misconduct allegation against Trump. As of December 2017 a total of 19 women have raised sexual misconduct against Trump. Trump denying all these accusations, addressed them as "false smears", claiming them as a conspiracy. Even when there are recordings available on such issues he simply denies them for no good reason, showing his failure in dealing with them. After huge allegations, did Trump came to public and made a public apology, which was quite late and really shameful. It just doesn't fits in and that's the reason he lost all good public images and relations. He is the least voted President in American history after being chosen as a President.
Mr. Trump very makes frequently false statements in public speeches and addresses, just to post something hypothetical for self appraisal which is all caught by fact-checkers. And he has not even made any clear apology on this To me Trump has been a failure as far as PR/image is concerned. People do feel as President he is doing really fine and I agree too, but his personality in the public image isn't really serving good as of now.
