Insects have exoskeleton which protect them from external environment and humans have endoskeleton made up of bones that provide structural support.

In insects nervous system is decentralized (brain, ganglia, nerves) and in humans it is centralized (brain, spinal cord, nerves).

In humans oxygen is delivered through hemoglobin while in insects it is delivered through tracheal tubes.

Insects have compound eyes while humans have binocular vision.
