Antibodies are not the part of non specific immune defence.

Immune system are of two types such as innate immunity and adaptive immunity. Innate immunity are non specific , natural and show immune responses against foreign molecules. Innate immunity elements includes a.physical barrier like skin , mucous membranes b. Chemical barrier such as ph , enzyme and c. Cells include leucocytes , natural killer cell etc. Adaptive immune system are specific and aquired. Adaptive immunity includes B cell and T cell . B cell produce antibodies in response to cytokinines.

Bilirubin is excreted after the heme break down during RBC lysis.

Hemoglobin is protein present in Red blood cell and help in oxygen transport.Hemoglobin contains heme and globin. Hemoglobin breaks down into iron that is recycled for further use and biliverdin which is further reduced to bilirubin. Bilirubin is excreted in bile and urine.
