Create 3 interesting scenarios to test the effect of photosynthesis on water wisteria or lupine; all freshwater plants.

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Three ways to test the effect of photosynthesis or the process of photosynthesis are:-

  1. On placing the plant close to the light source it will increase the speed of the bubbling and on taking it away, the formation of the bubbles significantly reduces. This is a visual indicator on understanding the light intensity and how it impacts that rate of photosynthesis.
  2. The next test that can be done to study the effect of photosynthesis is by measuring the concentration of oxygen. The concentration of the oxygen helps in finding out the rate of and effect of photosynthesis.
  3. Also on the available amount of carbon dioxide which is essential for production of the food, it helps in finding the effect of photosynthesis
