Answer #1

Epinephrine stimulates the release of Insulin through activation of Beta-adrenergic receptors(ADRB2). However, Epinephrines major effect is the inhibition of insulin secretion which is carried out by the Alpha-adrenergic receptors.

Beta adrenergic receptors are coupled with Gs proteins, While the Alpha adrenergic receptors are coupled to Gi proteins. Since bith of them change the levels of Insulin in the body, with respect to change in concentration both Gi and Gs from the options is the answer.
