Answer #1

immune mediated red cell destruction

immune mediated detruction is a process in which red cell destructed.there is two mechanisms is include 1)intravascular mechanisms

2) Extravascular mechanisms

The intravascular mechanisms include the by the process of lysis by the substance antibodies not from the class IgM.the Extravascular mechanism include the specific receptor (Complement) bind with the cell surface of the Red blood cells.after the binding of immunoglobulin the result is puncture of the cell membrane to induce intravascular homolysis.

Non immune mediated red cell destruction

The non immune red cell destruction include the process of auto RBC s is destructuded by individual body. Complement Clas not a bind with the surface of the RBCs .and it normally destruct for the RBC s damage to increase the capacity of the cell.
