Answer #1

Chelipeds-In crustaceans one pair of leg is modified into a claw which is pointed at the terminal end. This structure is attached to the front of thorax of crayfish which is a crustacean. It helps the animal to capture its prey, cut down the food it eats, and to fight among themselves.

Walking legs-crayfish use them for walking, gathering food, moving water over gills. These are also known as pereiopods which are also attached to thorax.

Swimmerets-these appendages are located on the posterior side of the animal. it helps in maintaining a posture. It is also known as the pleiopod. In females it is useful for carrying eggs. Swimmerets rythmically beat and help crayfish in swimming.

You are testing a viscoelastic tissue. You fit a curve to its creep response data, and this function is x(t) = 2.5(1 + 2e-t/3). You fit a curve to its relaxation response data, and this function is f(t) = 0.5(1 + e-t). Under frequency response, you notice that its internal friction is maximum near w = 0.5 rad/s.
