how the three-dimensional shape of an enzyme is important to its function.

how the three-dimensional shape of an enzyme is important to its function.

Answer #1

Three dimensional shape of enzyme has the different charged regions of amino acids, which interact with the correct amino acids to generate a functional active site. The shape of an enzyme explains its characteristic. It is the active site of an enzyme, which allow to work and contains neutrally, positively or negatively charged chemical regions of different R groups of a chain of amino acids. The charged region correspond to neutral, basic, or acidic microenvironments. This active site forms or breaks chemical bonds and synthesizes molecules or breaks them.

Implement the Shape hierarchy -- create an abstract class called Shape, which will be the parent class to TwoDimensionalShape and ThreeDimensionalShape. The classes Circle, Square, and Triangle should inherit from TwoDimensionalShape, while Sphere, Cube, and Tetrahedron should inherit from ThreeDimensionalShape. Each TwoDimensionalShape should have the methods getArea() and getPerimeter(), which calculate the area and perimeter of the shape, respectively. Every ThreeDimensionalShape should have the methods getArea() and getVolume(), which respectively calculate the surface area and volume of the shape. Every...
