Describe two differences between the life cycles of HPV and HTLV-1.
Life Cycle difference in HPV
Human Papilloma virus infect to the stratified epithelium keratinocytes. HPV life cycle is generally linked with the epidermis area and it also involve in differentiation process. The major process of DNA replication occurs in the three main phages.HPV gene regulate the virus life cycle and takes place replication, transcription, and viral proteins translation.
Differences in HTLV-1 virus
1. The major difference occur in interaction of virus invelope proteins with the Receptor of HTLV.
2.the virus specific proteins mating with the membrane of cell
3. During the life cycle Reverse transcription strand RNA to DNA.
Above differences occur in HPV virus and HTLV 1 virus.
