The two structures possessed by all cells are: Plasma membrane and cytoplasm. Although there are four structures common to all cells which include plasma membrane, cytoplasm, ribosomes and DNA.
Two major differences between prokaryotes and eukaryotes are as follows:
1. Eukaryotic cells have well defined nucleus and other membrane bounded cell organelles while prokaryotes do not have well defined nucleus rather nucleoid is present which is an open region containing DNA.
2. Eukaryotic cell have linear double stranded DNA while prokaryotes have circular double stranded DNA.
