Ans - False

The Cuneate fasciculus, involves in transmitting of sensory impulses to and from the upper limbs, trunk and posterior body, whereas the Gracile fasciculus involves in the impulse transmission for the lower limbs and lower part of the body. Both Cuneate fasciculus and Gracile fasciculus involves in the ascending tract (i.e. Carry sensory impulses from brain through Spinal cord) but one act for the upper part of the body and other for the lower part.
