Answer #1

The west Nile Virus (WNV) is founs in the Africa,Europe,Middle East,West Asia & in North America. This disease is spread by the culex species mosquitoes and birds are the common host of this virus. But there are few limitations for studying this virus.

1. Identifying the infected: The WNV infected people generally does not seem to have any symptoms of this infection, approximately 80% of the infected people do not show any symptoms. So it is really difficult to find out the infected person.

2. Season of infection: The infection of tthis WNV starts with the summer season and starts to fall at the end of the summer. So sometimes it is difficult for the researchers to collect the sample with limited time.

3. Common symptoms: The WNV infection symptoms are very common like the symptoms of normal cold.So it is really difficult to find the infected person who have been infeected or not.
