Main factors that affect water reabsorption other than nephron

1. Aldosterone secretion will cause the regulation of osmolarity and cause the regulation of water reabsorption and decrease the osmolarity of EFC by increasing Body fluid by increase the reabsorption of water and sodium and chloride
2. Anti diuretic hormone is the hormone that cause osmoregulation by increasing the retention of fluid by increasing the reabsorption of Body fluid . It mainly happen in the collecting duct .
3. Atrial natriuretic peptide decrease sodium reabsorption and cause the reduced reabsorption of water and cause increase excretion.
4. Brain natriuretic peptide helps in the decrease in reabsorption of sodium and cause reduced reabsorption of water .
5. Activation of the sympathetic nervous system increase the specific tubular reabsorption and help in osmoregulation
