I'm not sure how to do this, I got it wrong.

For disease Y, there’s a new rapid and accurate test in the market. The sensitivity of the test is 90% (probability to correctly detect disease Y with positive test result), and the specificity of the test is 99% (probability to correctly give negative result for disease Y free case). The prevalence of the disease is 1% in the population. Write in as percentage without percentage sign and with three decimal places.

What is Pr[ Y | positive ]? (i.e. probability that a person with positive test result has disease X?)

The prevalence of a disease D among the population is 3%. There is a diagnostic test for disease D. The sensitivity of this test is 99%, this means that the test is positive given that the person has the disease. The specificity of this test is 98%, this means that the test is negative given that the person does not have the disease. a) Given that a person tests positive, what is the probability that the person does not have...

test for a certain disease is found to be 95% accurate, meaning that it will correctly diagnose the disease in 95 out of 100 people who have the ailment. The test is also 95% accurate for a negative result, meaning that it will correctly exclude the disease in 95 out of 100 people who do not have the ailment. For a certain segment of the population, the incidence of the disease is 4%. (1) If a person tests positive, find...

"To diagnose colorectal cancer, the hemoccult test is conducted to detect occult blood in the stool. For symptom-free people over 50 years old who participate in screening using the hemoccult test, the following information is available. The probability that one of these people has colorectal cancer is 0.3 percent. If a person has colorectal cancer, the probability is 50 percent that he will have a positive hemoccult test. If a person does not have colorectal cancer, the probability is 3...

Research has shown that specific biochemical markers are found exclusively in the breath of patients with lung cancer. However, no lab test can currently distinguish the breath of lung cancer patients from that of other subjects. Could dogs be trained to identify these markers in specimens of human breath, as they can be to detect illegal substances or to follow a person's scent? An experiment trained dogs to distinguish breath specimens of lung cancer patients from breath specimens of control...
