The major difference is that a histogram is only used to plot the frequency of score occurrences in a continuous data set that has been divided into classes, called bins. But leaf is show data value also..

histogram we count the value how many times reapited. And count the frequency

Or we count the value between classes like 10-20,20-30.....

And drow In histogram ..

but it in stem leaf diagram we take initiatial value for lebal  and left side write the second element of the value...

like 23

2is lebal and 3 is leaf means 23

mu side histogram is very simple for drawing and easy to understand... stem leaf is little bit diffucult
