At 95% confidence =1 - 0.95 = 0.05

critical value at Z0.05 = 1.96

Margin of Error (E) = Crit value * S.E

= 1.96 * 0.0199 = 0.039

Confidence interval (C.I)= p E

C.I = 0.6133 0.039
