Homework Answers

Answer #1

Relative frequency = cell frequency ÷ total frequency.

For grade A: 0.23423423 × 222 = cell frequency = 51.9 = 52 which means out of 222 he assigned A grade to 52 students.

Similarly

For grade B , cell frequency = 0.34684685 x 222 = 77

For grade C, cell frequency = 0.21171171 x 222= 47

For grade D, cell frequency = 0.1036036 x 222 = 23

For grade E, Cell frequency = 0.099099099 x 222 = 22

For grade F , cell frequency = 0.0045045045 x 222 = 1

Seeing professor jeff's grade chart, i can say that he is not a very tough grader, as he failed just 1 student out of 222. Scoring a grade A is difficult in his subject but he doesn't seem.to be failing the class or being way too difficult grader
